How hiring works

From your phone to the open road in four steps.

No account and no sign-up. A booking reference and your mobile number are the whole of it.

  1. Pick your dates. You see what is genuinely free, read from the live fleet. A car that is out is not offered; one that comes back early appears the day it does.

  2. Half the hire holds it. Not a fee: it comes off your total. Pay by EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, O'mari or card; the balance is due at the counter.

  3. Send your licence and ID from your phone, if you like. Optional, and the difference between a twenty-minute collection and a two-minute one. Bring the originals either way.

  4. Collect and drive. We walk round the car with you, note the fuel and the odometer, both of us sign, and you go.

Every hire starts and ends here, in the city centre. There is no airport desk and no second branch — if somebody tells you otherwise, it is not us.

Bring with you

  • A valid driver's licence, not expired on the day you collect.
  • Your national ID or passport, the same person named on the booking.
  • The balance of the rental. The deposit holds the car; the rest is due before the keys change hands.
  • A refundable USD 200 security deposit, held against damage, fines, missing fuel or a late return, and given back in full when the car comes back as it left. Separate from the deposit you pay online.
Upload your documents before you arrive and collection takes a couple of minutes instead of twenty. We send you a link once your booking is confirmed.
